The mission of the Flower City Firearms Association is to train and educate the people of the Greater Rochester area in the use of firearms for community defense, as well as other related skills. This organization seeks to empower leftists and progressives in the Greater Rochester area through these skills and create an inclusive gun culture where all people feel welcome to learn and improve themselves. Firearms are just as much a part of American heritage as social justice is, and that heritage belongs to us all.

Since 2022, the Flower City Firearms Association has lead the way in educating and networking progressive gun owners in the Rochester area. We are proud of our role in the emerging culture of non-traditional gun owners, and we aim to build that culture around safety and community first.
